Eligibility: Pass in the 10+2 examination with (a) General Science including Chemistry at the 10th stage and (b) at least 60%% marks in aggregate in English, Physics, Mathematics and one more optional subject in which the candidate has secured maximum marks at he 10 + 2 stage, provided that all the subjects have been passed separately. Admission Procedure: Selection is made through an Entrance Examination comprising two tests: Test I: General Knowledge, Scholastic Performance and IQ Test (common to both the courses), Test II: Aptitude Test. For B.Arch.: aptitude in visual and spatial perception, creative writing and aesthetic sensitivity. Fro B.Planning: comprehensive ability, ability to write on and general awareness about, environment, society and human habitation.

3. Doctoral Programmes (PhD)
Eligibility: Master’s degree in architectural and related subjects with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate and five years experience in teaching, research or professional practice.
