Once you have decided to purchase an extended service plan through
e-warranty solutions, we will treat your vehicle to a free oil change!
If your vehicle is within the parameters set forth in the existing
manufacturer’s warranty, then your free oil change certificate
will be sent to you and can be used at any time.
If your vehicle is beyond parameters set forth in the existing manufacturer’s
warranty, your vehicle must pass an inspection before an extended
service plan from EWS can become effective. A down payment must
be received in order to initiate the inspection process.
For your convenience, all you need to do for your vehicle’s
inspection is visit any Pep Boys
retail location for your free inspection. If there is not a Pep
Boys location in your area, a mobile inspector will be
sent to your home to inspect your vehicle.
You can choose to use your free oil change entitlement at the time
of your inspection or save it for later use.
Pep Boys and EWS will coordinate
your vehicle’s inspection status. If your vehicle passes inspection
and payment terms have been completed/contracted, then your extended
service plan will become effective.
If your vehicle does not pass the initial inspection, you will have
up to 30 days from the time of the inspection to make repairs and
return to a Pep Boys location
for another inspection. At this time, if your vehicle passes inspection
and payment terms have been completed/contracted, then your extended
service plan will become effective.
If your vehicle fails to pass inspection a second time or you decide
not to progress with the inspection process, your full down payment
will be refunded, less $49.95 (cost of Pep Boys inspection) or $90.00
(cost of mobile inspection).
*The cost of the inspection is included if your vehicle passes the
first inspection. If your vehicle requires a second inspection you
will be responsible for the cost of the second inspection.

Please note that an extended service plan is also commonly referred to as an “extended warranty.”

Our knowledgeable Plan Specialists will gather the details of the plan you have identified and verify comparability to our plan. You will need to provide a copy of the actual quote and the specifics of the plan. |

If comparability is verified and the competing
entity is conclusively offering a comparable plan at a lower price,
then the Plan Specialist will give you the opportunity to purchase
the e-warranty solutions plan at a rate less the competing rate by
an additional 10%. In simpler terms, we will not only match the lower
rate, we will give you an additional 10% discount thus, the 110%
Price Match Guarantee. |
Other Important Information about our Price Match Guarantee: |

Once a Plan Specialist has offered you
the opportunity to utilize the Price Match Guarantee, you have
30 days to purchase an extended service plan from e-warranty solutions
at your guarantee rate. After 30 days, in order to utilize the Price
Match Guarantee, you will again need to complete steps one through
three as outlined above. |

Additionally, you have the
option to utilize our Price Match Guarantee after you purchase
an extended service plan from e-warranty solutions. You have 30 days
after purchase to enact the guarantee by completing steps one through
