Until a friend mentioned it, I never thought of purchasing an extended service plan for my vehicle. Once I started research, I just got more confused and overwhelmed – I almost gave up entirely! As a single mother on a limited budget, I can’t deal with surprise repair costs for my cars. I have two cars, one that I drive and one for my 17 year old son. Daniel’s car is a little older and has quite a few miles. However, the extended service plan I purchased for his vehicle was very reasonably priced and will provide me with much peace of mind. I wasn’t even planning to purchase a plan for my car (it’s newer, less miles & still under factory warranty). However, when I saw everything that your plans cover and what a cost savings they can be in the long-run, I decided right away to take care of both cars instead of procrastinating.

Last week I had to take my 1996 Ford Explorer in for a problem with the electrical system. I know from friends how costly these type of repairs can be so I was really happy to have my extended service plan from e-warranty solutions. The local dealership where I take my truck for repairs was a little unsure of the plan at first but once they called the toll free number and spoke with the claims administrator, they were happy to accept the plan and assured me that I would be happy with the coverage I would receive. When I went back 3 days later to get my truck, one of the mechanics asked me for your website address so he could check out your plans for himself!

Thank you EWS! I just saved so much money because of my extended service plan! My 1998 Pontiac Firebird had been making some really, really weird noises and running kind of rough. I was panicking about what might be wrong and how much it was going to cost me. Then, I remembered my extended service plan. I was still scared, but I went to a repair garage here in town and had them take a look. The mechanic spoke to someone at your toll free number and then told me that the repair would be covered. I want to thank you personally because thanks to my EWS extended service plan, a recent family vacation was a much less stressful event. My wife and I were traveling to Sea World from Davenport when our mini-van broke down right in the middle of I-80. I immediately called the roadside assistance number and a tow truck was there within an hour. Then, my family and I were treated very well by the garage as they repaired our van. Luckily, there was a McDonalds nearby for the kids to play! Anyway, the whole “fiasco” only took up about five hours of our vacation and we were back on the road to go see the dolphins!
